• The offer is available on each new property the landlord instructs us on.
• The offer is only valid until 31.12.19
• After 6 months the management fee will revert to our standard 10% plus vat.
• Other fees such as inventory, new tenant fee (as agree) are not included in this offer.
• Properties must meet our minimum standard condition requirements in line with The Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
